End-User License Agreement
The license that governs your use of CentralbrAIn software, including any client-side components, browser extensions, mobile apps, or local agents we distribute.

1. License grant
Subject to your compliance with this EULA and the Terms of Service, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the Software solely for your internal business operations during the subscription term.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the Software.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this restriction.
- Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, distribute, or transfer the Software to any third party.
- Remove or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks contained in or on the Software.
- Use the Software to build, train, or evaluate a competing product or service.
3. Updates
The Company may, at its discretion, deliver updates, patches, and new versions of the Software. This EULA applies to such updates unless they are accompanied by a superseding license, in which case the superseding license governs.
4. Open-source components
The Software may include open-source components governed by their own license terms. Such terms apply to those components only and do not modify your rights or obligations regarding the rest of the Software. A current notices file is available on request.
5. Reservation of rights
The Software is licensed, not sold. The Company and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. No rights are granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
6. Termination
This EULA terminates automatically upon termination of your subscription, or immediately if you breach a material provision and fail to cure within 15 days of notice. On termination you must cease use of and uninstall the Software, and destroy or return any copies in your possession.
7. Disclaimers and limitations
The Software is provided "as is" except as expressly warranted in the Terms of Service or your Order Form. The limitations of liability set forth in the Terms of Service apply to this EULA.
8. Government end users
The Software is "commercial computer software" under the relevant federal acquisition regulations and is licensed to government end users only with the rights granted to all other end users under this EULA.
9. Governing law
This EULA is governed by the same law as your Terms of Service and is subject to the same dispute resolution provisions.
